Which eyepiece adapter size do I need?

Use the size finder on the Build Your Adapter page: pick your optic type, brand and model and it selects the right size for you.

Will it work with my phone and case?

It works with any phone that has a flat back and with most cases. Fabric-backed cases and very soft rubber cases are the exceptions.

Can I use my telephoto lens?

Yes. Phone-specific blocks (stick-on or MagSafe) line up with both your 1x and telephoto lenses. The universal block lines up with one lens on any phone.
